QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRE-SALE ITEMS:
HOT QUESTION WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP RATE IF I BUY A PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP FROM THE PRE-SALE?
Your automatic payments at your current membership price will pause once you activate your prepaid membership at the new location. Once the pre-paid membership ends, your membership will resume exactly how it was before.
WHY SHOULD I BUY PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIPS?
By purchasing a pre-sale membership, you are pre-paying for future use in our new facility, while also helping Climb Tacoma raise initial funds to help with the cost of the move!

WHEN CAN I USE MY PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIP?
Pre-sale memberships can be used at any time after our new facility opens! When you are ready to use it, just let one of our front desk staff know and they will credit your account for how much time you purchased from the pre-sale.
WILL THERE BE PRE-SALE CHILD ADD-ON MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE?
Nope! Parents may purchase pre-paid child add-on memberships at our new location when it opens.
ARE PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIPS REFUNDABLE?
Yes! Email info@climbtacoma.com to request your refund.
FAQ ABOUT THE MOVE:
CAN I STILL BUY A PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIP/PUNCH CARD?
Nope. Our pre-sale concluded on December 1st. We will make an announcement if we decide to offer them again before we move.
WHERE IS IT AND HOW FAR AWAY IS IT FROM THE CURRENT LOCATION?
3729 S. Lawrence Street
2.8 miles, ~7 minutes away from current CT.
WILL THE NEW FACILITY HAVVE ROPES AND BOULDERING?
Nope, just bouldering.
HOW MUCH BIGGER IS THE NEW BUILDING?
Our current building is a little over 8,000 square feet, the new building is 11,000 square feet.
WILL YOU BE RAISING PRICES?
Yes*. Day-use & membership prices will increase when we open.
Please note: *membership rates will only increase for those who start a new membership after our opening date*
WHERE CAN WE PARK?
In the PARKING LOT! And along S Lawrence St.
IS THE NEW LOCATION SAFER THAN THE CURRENT LOCATION?
Based on what we know about the new location and surrounding area, we believe so!
WILL THE CURRENT LOCATION BE CLOSING OR REMAINING?
The current location will be demolished, as the new owners of the block will be building high-rise apartments in it's place.
WILL THERE BE SHOWERS?
Yes! The building already has 2 single-occupancy, gender neutral restrooms and we will be adding a 3rd single-occupancy, gender neutral restroom restroom equipped with a shower!
WILL THERE BE MORE SLAB?
Yes! And more vert!
WHO IS BUILDING YOUR WALLS?
WILL THE NEW WALLS BE CURVED?
Absolutely not.
WILL THERE BE TOP-OUT WALLS?
We will have a place to top out in one area!
WILL THERE BE ANOTHER WALL AS STEEP AS THE CAVE?
The cave is overhanging by 70 degrees and we will absolutely be including a 70 degree feature in our gym!
WILL THERE BE A SPRAY WALL?
YES!
WILL YOU BE GETTING BIGGER HOLDS/VOLUMES?
Yes! We can't wait!
WILL CLIMB TACOMA BE HIRING MORE STAFF FOR THE NEW LOCATION?
